Cancellation Policy

True Engineer believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellation Eligibility

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.

However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

Cancellations are only available for purchases of video lecture courses. Cancellations must be requested within 1-2 days of purchasing the course. No Cancellation on Digital Content

No cancellations are allowed for essential study materials such as PDF documents or other downloadable content, once accessed or downloaded.

Quality Issues

If there is an issue with video content quality (e.g., video not playing, audio issues), please report this to our Customer Service team within 1-2 days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue or provide alternative solutions.

Refund Processing

For approved cancellations, the refund will be processed within 1-2 days from the date of approval.
